Atratus is a study in darkness without weight—smoke, shadow, and absence shaped into a composition that moves like vapor rather than mass.

The opening is immediate and enveloping. A cool, inky darkness rises first, not sharp but diffused, as if emerging from within. Subtle aromatic facets flicker at the edges—barely perceptible, serving only to define the composition’s contours before dissolving into shadow.

At the heart, smoke takes form. It is soft, continuous, and textural—less fire than residue. There is no harshness, no ash; instead, a velvety, almost mineral darkness unfolds, suggesting charred wood, faint incense, and the quiet depth of blackened air.
